On Saturday, September 12th we celebrated the Installation Mass of Fr. Raymond, with Archbishop Checchio joining us for this beautiful occasion. Following Mass, our parish family gathered for a reception to celebrate and welcome Fr. Raymond. We are so grateful for Fr. Raymond’s leadership and look forward to this new chapter and the journey ahead together at St. Angela Merici! May God continue to bless Fr. Raymond and our entire parish community.

On December 8, 2025 we were honored to welcome Archbishop James Checchio.

Our seventh-grade students live out their faith throughout the year through service. Every Wednesday, these students make sandwiches for those in need in the metro area. Our parish delivers these meals weekly to the St. Joseph Rebuild Center in New Orleans.

St. Angela Merici school has a strong focus on service to others, our patron saint’s charism. We place importance on helping our students develop empathy, kindness, and social responsibility. With these skills, our students develop a foundation to continuously be the hands and feet of Jesus in their daily lives. This year on St. Angela Merici’s Feast Day, January 27th, we held a day of service in her honor.On this day, we recognized the efforts in service our students have made over the year and each grade level worked on a service project of their own.
